In the Hindi-speaking markets, the film garnered Rs 38 crore on Tuesday, pushing its total Hindi net collection to over Rs 370 crore in just six days. This achievement dethrones Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan (Rs 351 crore net) as the highest first-week grosser in Hindi cinema.

Even if the box office momentum slows, analysts predict it will cross the milestone by the second weekend, solidifying its position among the highest-grossing Indian films of all time.
Pushpa 2 opened to an earth-shattering ₹164 crore on its first day, surpassing the expectations of trade analysts. The sequel to 2021’s Pushpa: The Rise, directed by Sukumar, has set the benchmark for pan-Indian films.

That made it the third-highest grossing film in the world after ‘Moana 2’ and ‘Wicked’. The film is now the third-highest Indian grosser of 2024 after Prabhas-starrer ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ and ‘Stree 2’ featuring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao. If it maintains its current momentum, ‘Pushpa 2’ should become the highest Indian grosser of the year in a matter of days.
